Everything is stored in UTC.

This means, if your building is in PST (UTC-8), then for a date\_partition = `20250501` the  `date_time_start` values that will be returned ranging from `2025-05-02 07:00:00.000` to `2025-05-03 06:00:00.000` (DST)
